Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), via Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4, is to sell its 69.4 per cent interest in Società Gasdotti Italia (SGI) to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (Ontario Teachers).
