Former CNBC executive to join Aiera in key advisory role
Aiera, an event access and data monitoring platform, has appointed Jeremy Pink, former CNBC Senior Vice-President of Business News and a financial technology veteran, as media adviser.
Pink will help drive the company’s media relations strategy and further facilitating the firm’s continued focus on supporting financial professionals where investor communications are concerned.
Aiera offers one-click connection to earnings calls and other investor events, live transcription with only milliseconds of delay and the ability to screen and aggregate mentions through simple user-created dashboard configuration. In addition to media relations, Pink’s role will involve product and partner development, as he brings over 20 years of global financial media experience spanning production, technology consulting, and financial advisory services.
Notably, Pink served as Managing Director and Senior Vice-President of Business News for CNBC in the US, President and Managing Director of CNBC Asia in Singapore, and Vice-President of News and Programming for CNBC Europe in London. “We’re thrilled that Jeremy is joining the Aiera team as media advisor,” says Ken Sena, CEO and Co-Founder of Aiera. “Jeremy brings a wealth of experience in the financial media industry, and he shares our commitment to helping individuals with their investor communications needs through advanced technologies.
“I am delighted to be working with Ken and the entire team at Aiera,” says Pink. “Aiera’s elegant, sophisticated presentation and delivery of real-time financial information empowers investors to make better and more informed decisions.” Pink most recently served as CEO of private equity-backed Broadcast Sports International (BSI), a television production technology company.
Pink helped lead a sale of BSI to a large strategic acquirer during his three-year tenure there.
