Invesco Perpetual makes multi asset team senior hire

Invesco Perpetual has appointed Danielle Singer as senior client portfolio manager in its multi asset team based in New York.

The eight-strong team already includes fund managers Dave Jubb and Richard Batty, product director Georgina Taylor and risk manager Gwilym Satchell.
Singer will represent the global targeted returns strategy across the distribution channels in the Americas. Singer will be fully involved in the multi asset investment process, contributing to the team’s investment ideas and implementation. Her role will also involve communicating these ideas and the approach of the fund management team to US clients.
Prior to joining Invesco Perpetual, Singer, who will be based in New York and assumed her role on 2 June 2014, was a strategist and director of the global investment solutions (GIS) team at UBS. Her responsibilities included participating in the review and setting of multi asset and currency strategies, interacting with the investment team to coordinate investment strategy, and assisting clients as part of the GIS initiative. Shee joined UBS in 2004 as an account manager for the institutional investment management group.
David Millar, head of multi asset at Invesco Perpetual, says: “We are delighted to have Danielle join Invesco Perpetual as a senior client portfolio manager in the multi asset team. Danielle joins with over 10 years of experience in the sector and with excellent knowledge of the industry. Following this appointment, I believe we offer one of the strongest teams of investment professionals in multi asset investing."
