AgileAssets appoints vice president of product management

AgileAssets, a provider of integrated infrastructure asset management software solutions for public agencies and private enterprise, has appointed Michael Lester as vice president of product management.

In this new role for the company, Lester will have oversight for the direction and execution of the product roadmap for AgileAssets' entire product portfolio.
 
Lester comes to AgileAssets with more than 24 years of experience in software solutions and product portfolio management.
 
"We are very fortunate to have someone of Michael's calibre join our team at this stage in our growth," says Stuart Hudson, president, AgileAssets. "This is a key new role in the company that leads the definition and delivery of new products for AgileAssets. Michael's experience will focus on customer involvement in the planning, design and validation of product features to deliver value and address changing needs of current and future customers."
 
Lester joins the team from CA Technologies where he was responsible for reinvigorating a legacy product for project and portfolio management and for introducing CA Clarity Agile, CA Clarity Playbook and CA Work Management. He also contributed to the Agile for Dummies book to help enterprises understand how best to leverage agile development approaches.
 
Prior to CA, he led product management and marketing teams at IBM, Telelogic, Artemis International, Pacific Edge and FranklinCovey.
