Treliant Risk Advisors promotes Metz-Galloway and Pry to MD positions
Treliant Risk Advisors has promoted Shelley Metz-Galloway and Carl G Pry to managing director positions in the firm.
“Both Shelley and Carl are consummate compliance professionals with decades of experience leading compliance teams in major banks before joining Treliant. They have been instrumental in building Treliant’s reputation as a leading consumer compliance, fair lending, and risk firm adept at assisting financial institutions to successfully navigate current regulatory challenges,” says Treliant chief executive Andrew L Sandler. “I look forward to working with them in their new leadership roles as they continue to guide Treliant’s growth and development.”
Metz-Galloway specialises in regulatory compliance and fair lending for banks, insurance companies, and secondary mortgage market institutions. Prior to joining Treliant, she held senior positions at Wells Fargo Bank, including Community Reinvestment Act manager, Enterprise Wide Home Mortgage Disclosure Act manager, and director of strategic planning. She was also corporate strategist at Fannie Mae; president of the CAF Investment Fund; and senior investment officer at Aetna Bond Investors.
Pry specialises in consumer compliance, regulatory affairs, fair lending, corporate treasury, and risk management. He has banking law, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance experience, having held such positions as senior vice president and compliance manager for the compliance and control division at KeyBank; manager of the finance and performance management service line at Accenture; and vice president of regulatory services at Kirchman Corporation.
