City Financial expands corporate development team

City Financial Investment Company, a London-based independent fund manager, has appointed Heather Taylor as director of corporate development, based in London.

Taylor will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships to support AUM growth and expansion into new markets. 
She joins from BMO Capital Markets in Toronto, where she served as a sector specialist on the global institutional equity sales team, building relationships between clients and institutional investors in the Canadian, US and European capital markets. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, she held roles in equity research at Haywood Securities and Waterfall Investments.
