Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a full-service investment bank that specialises in the financial services sector and a wholly owned subsidiary of KBW, is making a change to its KBW Regional Banking Index (KRXSM).

Effective prior to the opening of business on 16 January 2013, City Holding Co, a member of the index, will undergo an increase in shares due to the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Community Financial.

The KBW indices have ten tradable exchange-traded funds licensed: KBW Bank Index; KBW Capital Markets Index; KBW Insurance Index; KBW Regional Banking Index; KBW Financial Sector Dividend Yield Index; KBW Premium Yield Equity REIT Index; KBW Property and Casualty Insurance Index; and KBW Global (Ex. US) Financial Sector Index.
