3D Asset Management expands sales team
3D Asset Management, an investment manager that provides a range of global portfolios to retirement plans and individuals, has expanded its business development team with the hire of Timothy Baker, Tom Chimirri and Edwin Nunez as regional vice presidents.
Baker, Chimirri and Nunez will report to Vincent Leon, national sales manager at 3D Asset Management, and each will be responsible for building new relationships offering both retirement and non-retirement adviser solutions across all firms.
Baker joins 3D from Symmetry Partners where he managed key relationships with financial advisors, broker dealers and registered investment advisers across the US. At 3D Asset Management, he will serve as the regional vice president for the southeast region. Prior to Symmetry Partners, Baker served as a financial adviser for Prudential Financial.
Chimirri, a 15-year industry veteran, joins 3D as the regional vice president responsible for the north central region. Chimirri came to 3D from Legg Mason Global Asset Management where he served in several sales roles of increasing responsibility. Previously, he has served at the Hartford, the Phoenix Companies, Manulife and Cigna.
Nunez joins 3D as the regional vice president responsible for the northwest territory. Prior to joining 3D, he was a regional sales director responsible for sales and distribution of Credit Suisse structured notes for Financial Products LLC. Nunez has served as regional vice president for Pioneer Investments and Fred Alger Management.
"We are delighted to welcome Timothy, Tom and Edwin to 3D Asset Management, who each bring extensive industry relationships and sales experience to the business development team," says Leon.
