HarborLight Capital Group, a Tampa-based investment banking firm, has appointed Dennis R. Leary as managing director - institutional sales.

Leary, formerly of Raymond James, is the 15th employee of the expanding HarborLight team and brings with him more than a decade of experience in marketing financial products to institutional investors.
