
Scout Investment Advisors hires David Lubchenco

Scout Investment Advisors, a wholly owned subsidiary of UMB Financial, has appointed David Lubchenco as executive vice president, sales, marketing and client services.
In this new role, Lubchenco will oversee sales and distribution, product development, marketing and client services, reporting to Andrew Iseman, the firm’s newly hired chief executive officer.
"David has a proven track record within the investment management industry, with particular successes in growing institutional assets through focused sales and distribution efforts. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience that will prove very beneficial to Scout," says Peter deSilva, president and chief operating officer, UMB Financial.
Lubchenco has more than 15 years’ experience serving investment management organisations. In his previous role, he served as a member of the management committee and managing director of institutional sales for Transamerica Investment Services in Denver.
Prior to that, Lubchenco worked for Janus Capital Group in a leadership role for the alternative distribution group.
