Amanda E. Black has joined Turner Investment Partners as a portfolio manager/security analyst.

Black is part of Turner’s growth equity investing team and covers the financial services sector.

Black conducts fundamental research on financial services companies and makes investment recommendations on specific financial stocks across all capitalisation ranges for Turner’s growth and long/short portfolios.

She becomes the 23rd member of the growth investing team.

Black reports to Mark D. Turner, president and senior portfolio manager.

Black previously worked at Colony Investment Management, where she was a vice president and portfolio manager. She is relocating from New York to Philadelphia.

Based in Pennsylvania, Turner was founded in 1990 and offers growth, global/international, core, quantitative, and alternative investments in stocks to both institutions and individuals.
